HEALING JUSTICE
Muslim women have consistently been at the forefront of social justice movements, demonstrating incredible strength and resilience. Their pivotal roles require immense labor, compassion, and empathy, often in the face of adversity. While their commitment is both necessary and admirable, it’s important to recognize that it can lead to burnout.
Understanding the critical need for wellness and collective care in our shared quest for a more equitable future, we have established Kin, a six-month wellness program tailored specifically for Muslim women.
Our mission at Kin is twofold: to bridge the gap between personal wellness and activism, and to create a safe environment where Muslim women can openly share their lived experiences, while fostering strong networks that nurture their personal and professional lives as community leaders.
Kin provides a variety of resources such as workshops, personal coaching, training sessions, and in-person retreats. Led by a diverse team of BIPOC coaches, artists, organizers, and wellness educators who firmly believe that self-care is not a luxury, but an essential element in driving societal change. We invite you to embark on this transformative journey where those leading social justice movements receive the care and support they need.
